I keep hearing lots about people getting snow this winter, not so much as a single flake of snow here. There were rumours of a 3 minute snow flurry earlier in the week about 5 miles away. But that's it.

Just wondering if pretty much the rest of the UK has had snow apart from the Beds/Bucks area?

North London... none that has settled. Slight snow shower on Friday morning for 5 minutes

Though some think from the 18th, there might be another cold spell. Which poses a question :- if it does snow heavily, how many snowmen are you allowed in the garden under current Tier restrictions?

My part of Guildford (Surrey), absolutely nothing, however Albury (still Guildford) just 3.5 miles away had proper big flakes a few days ago for quite a while but the wife said it didn't settle.

We are part of the North Downs here so the weather is always a bit weird in this neck of the woods where I am is far more built up than Albury too.

Even so I have been down the lanes to marvel at the hedge cars we get here at this time of year, less than normal but the pubs are shut.

Nothing in our part of Sussex, and we didn’t see a single flake here last winter either. Maybe Greta is onto something after all.

Loads in the hills and plenty of frost but no snow in my garden or on the cars in the mornings.... I live in Highland Scotland but right by the sea.

A couple of hundred metres inland and up by about 50m there were several inches of snow.

I'm in East Sussex and I've had one instance where it snowed a little bit where it settled on some car roofs and a bit of grass which melted quite quickly.

It would be nice to get a decent amount of snow as I've only seen it snow a decent amount once in the last 5 or 6 years or so.

Nothing here in North Herts, there was some sleety stuff for about 3 mins one day last week.
