Friends 40th - What to to do!

Usually I could come up with loads of ideas, but the way the world is, this is proving to be an issue.
Obviously, during current state of affairs, I am asking this on behalf of his fiancé (as I wont be able to be involved, social distancing innit). They were meant to get married last year, and probably not this year now, and it's his 40th, and just wants to do something special.
But with current restrictions what can you do?
He is into bikes, cars, drinking, football etc, normal down the pub type of lad. She wants to do something more than steak and a blowie.
We have thought of hot tub hire, camper van hire (is that even allowed) just something different from the last year of sitting on the sofa and having a drink.
So I have come to the collective PH on her behalf for inspiration.

In theory anything related to "recreation" is not allowed - so camper van hire is probably a no-no.
I think she'll be restricted to something in the home.
The only marginally interesting things I can think of are related to food and drink. Figure out his favourite cuisine, and then find a good quality restaurant of that type that does these meal-at-home things. Likewise with drink - figure out his favourites and then source the very best of that type (well - if it's wine, probably not the very best as that might work out a bit pricey).
Basically - push the boat out on the food and drink - not just steak etc.

In a similar position to your friend in so far as I'm 40 on the 1st March. I wanted to have a weekend away but in reality at this point ill be lucky to get past the end of the drive way. Due to whats going on. I was also planning on buying myself a special watch for my 40th but again, will be lucky if anywhere is open and ordering online takes away the experience of it.
At the moment I think the liklihood as someone above said is forget it and do it next year instead, I dont think that's being down about it, its just realistic.

My mate is into flying so I got him a voucher for a aerobatic experience. It’s Covid guaranteed so he can book it for whenever he can go. I would do something like that and order in for a good restaurant, managed to get lobster etc delivered for my wedding anniversary last year was surprisingly special.

Mine is at the end of the month. I think the maximum excitement will be getting to choose which film we watch on the telly! 
More gutting by the fact that our 10yr wedding anniversary was also affected, and we haven't had any time away from the kids for a very long time!
