No more than half an hour generally, many days zero. Possibly developed anxiety and agoraphobia as a result, trying to reverse it now but it’s difficult.

Depends on the weather. If it's raining very little, if it isn't then all day given the chance. No dog, but three kids...

Got two dogs, so typically 1.5~2 hours. Live in the sticks and average walk is a few miles.

I have two very young children who I look after full time (except on 2 x nursery days per week) plus a dog, and I run a fair bit too, so I spend 1-3 hours outside each day rain or shine.

It’s surprising to read that people don’t go out much or at all and it can’t be healthy for mind or body. I guess some might exercise indoors but we need to get out and about on a regular basis, it’s good for us.

This, the whole thing is pants.

Seems to have helped collapse my relationship with 1st lockdown issues.
If we had the chance of support bubbles and less fear mongering then things may have been a lot better now.

Once a week for a couple of minutes a time to put the bins out and bring them in, not at all if O/H does it. She goes for a walk round the neighbourhood two or three times a day as she's been WFH since March last year and really misses her daily half hour walk to work.

Totally agree, but a mixture of homeschooling, followed by working in front of a computer till late evening, the unpleasant weather, and the compounding effect staying in so long has, means mentally it’s actually quite uncomfortable to go out. I wish I had built the habits of others pre covid about a routine of outdoor exercise, alas I did not.

Per week: 2-3 hours running, 2-4 hours walks with the kids, 2-8 hours sorting the gardens.

Obviously I don’t know your situation at home, but could you not take your child/children out for a walk when it’s not raining? I can’t be good for them either being cooped up in the house all the time.

Filled the bird feeder up Tuesday, might have been Monday scratchchin Ooh and put the recycling bin out on Wednesday, before that it might have been bin day the previous week. Not entirely sure I've been out since before Christmas.

Spoke to the postman though, he has a new van.

God I can't wait for the gyms and the village pub to open again.
