Help me find a painting

I need to crowd source my memory please. I need a picture for a background

Its French, I though it was Monet, but I can't find it.

It shows a garden and an artist painting a portrait of a lady. However the background is a big sea scene with loads of ships - sailing mostly.

Its quite well known but I can't find it

No not those - its a much bigger view of the sea and there are maybe 30 - 40 ships in it.

Do you know the style, is it Impressionist for example?

Its like that, but zoomed out and all outdoors. loads of sea in the background, garden in the lower left

He's on the ship. On the left.

I think it is Monet in the chair under the hat, but indeed, my imperfect recollection was that he was painting.

It’s quite low res, because I am sure there are dolphins in the original
