Amazon order and Customs can someone explain ?

Ordered an item from Amazon that shipped from Spain on Saturday and arrived in Tilbury on Monday where it went through Customs. Great I think !

Today it's over in Belgium going through Customs ! What's going off ?

It's probably where the paperwork is processed, not where the actual product is. UPS do this a lot when I import things from the US.

Ups are in a total mess with amazon and Brexit.
