Ow yes, this is my pair of driving shoes. As you can see they are not for walking. Not anymore. Profile has left years ago. They are now perfect for the 3 pedals.

Too knackered for use on the pavement anymore but I’ve always loved these. I can’t believe I’ve just taken a photograph of an old pair of trainers. Just for you, Pistonheads, just for you.

Not everyone drives cars with pedals designed for driving in wellies.

These are just about my only shoe I can drive the pembleton in properly.

Not my photo, but the majority of the time I wear New Balance trainers as I just find they fit my size 11's better than most other trainers, aren't overly expensive. I've got 4 or 5 pairs in different colours, I think they're 420, 720, and 574 models..



I find them pretty good to drive in despite not being very low profile. Although if my car plans come to fruition soon, I'll probably look for a new pair with thinner sole and/or rolled heel for primarily driving use, as I'd like to improve my pedal control, heel/toe etc.

Hugo Boss seem to make some good driving style shoes, I tried some on at an airport store a while ago and they felt great, though were £100+ so I'll look to pick up a pair from an outlet perhaps...

A pair of 373's are my back up
