Anyone identify what type of antique knife / set this is?

Inscription on the top says it was a gift between brothers in 1846 !

It’s a Scottish Dirk

As above it's a Scottish Dirk with knife and Fork. Dirk's are worn to the side. There's also Sgian Dubhs which are worn in the sock/hose.
