Strange things the british do?

I’m sat watching line of duty and thought how odd it is that lawyers wear the wigs (peruke) in court. It seems no other countries do this so what other odd traditions do we have that no others do?

One thing I find it quite hard to comprehend is that the British pub is essentially a unique phenomenon.

I find British discussion websites to be far, far more civil. Even NP&E is like a meeting of the local knitting club compared to US political subreddits/forums.

I honestly don't understand why someone would put a plastic bowl in a sink to wash up in. Mental
