Since January last year I have, with concerted effort, managed to shed three stone in weight. As a result my waist size has decreased by four or five inches. Consequently , I've had to buy trousers two sizes smaller, but amazingly my underpants still fit.
Is this due to the miracle of modern stretch fabrics, or the fact that they're not just underpants, but Marks and Spencers underpants?
Perhaps they would better be called wonderpants

Same here, lost 16kg but still the same underpants.

I think the reason is 90% of the room is taken up by my massive didi, which is still the same size hahaha wink

Probably because underwear Is sold in range sizes. 33-36 kind of thing. You used to be the upper size and now you're about, or below, the lower size.

I bought some from M&S a while back.

Usual packets of 3 but I didn’t pay much attention to the ‘high waisted’ description.

Bugger me..they look like something out of Bridget Jones and nearly come up to my chest.

I just hope I never get knocked down wearing them. I’ll plead with the ambulance driver to make a quick stop at my house before they rush me to hospital.

That’ll teach me to not read packets.
