Here in the UK, we are lucky, vaccines are free and plentiful, if you want one - one is available.
Around the world this isn’t the case and the WHO launched a fantastic campaign to help vaccinate people.

This has to be a wind up, Bill Gates foundation has put hundreds of millions of dollars into the covid pot already along with billions of dollars into other medical research.It would be better for so many of these countries that have millions of residents who cannot afford to get a vaccine to cut their military and unnecessary projects.

If countries like India apparently don't see the need to fund some or all of the Covid 19 vaccinations but prefer to build gigantic monuments and send rockets into space why do individuals such as us have to throw money at them? Or should people like the WHO work the whole thing through with them with the aim to have the Indian (and other recalcitrant) government(s) come to the party?
Lets not forget that India also receives pretty massive sums of foreign aid annually too ... the most globally I believe ... $4.2bn (as per 2017/18: DAC)

Outside of Pharma companies, who else is likely to be able to develop vaccines? Bunch of tin foil hatter. Bezos and Musk also made similar gains in wealth does that help? Then check how his generosity is not quite what it seems.
