It's pretty easy once you have met one Head of State, Royal, CEO or senior politician it makes the rest simple. There aren't many places I can't get to in six. Even your local MP has probably met the PM at some stage, which again gives you a fighting chance.

When I was in the RN we visited Albania (first ship there since the end of WW2), during the visit we spent a day refurbishing an Albanian Orphanage. Unfortunately as soon as we sailed, the Albanian army went there and knicked all the stuff we'd installed apparently. B'stards.
