Have any of you ever watched the film?

Maybe they were on to something to sort out later life care and the over population of the earth and climate change.
Do we have a right to live after say 60 or when ever we have out lived our useful life?

I mean we do culls of wildlife to 'protect' the environment, why would/should humans be exempt from that policy?

I prefer a slightly more cynical approach, like subsiding extreme sports for the over 60s, that'll thin the buggers out a bit.

Because I enjoy it? It is useful as it provides employment for the whippersnappers serving my coffee in the garden centre and making my bed on the cruise ship. However if you want to off yourself when you're no longer 'useful', be my guest.

You are in no position to decide at what age someone is “no longer useful”

No, maybe not 60, but there comes a point when we get so old we are being kept alive just for the sake of being alive, and a bit like when you put a dog/cat/other down why are humans so special that they must be kept going?
