How can You open your Own Covid Testing Point?

Had to get one today to be able to travel,absolute scam, however I guess you can become millionaire in a month by opening a place like this with very little costs/overheads?
The place I went today ( a small rural place) must be making like £20k a day if you consider how many people visited it & how much each is paying. The company had like 30different branches opened just in some shacks/ tiny industrial units.

I see There are a lot of these places popping up.

Anyone knows what's the process of opening one yourself, what you need to process the tests & get listed as approved test station?
