I would maybe trim the bottom branches to stop it encroaching on the patio and for general shape but it looks like a happy tree.
I hope it still gets decorated every christmas even if it is only with lights.

It does!

I really wish I'd planted it in the back garden. HIndsight! I tell ya. Next door will be inviting me to cut it back or cut it down soon.
