Weird / creepy video on my phone - i didnt put it there

This actually happened a few years ago. Looking through my phone and saw a video i didn't recognise. Watched it and bit surprised at what i saw lol.
At the time i was living with my two sons after a divorce. Id moved to an old flat that was on the second floor above an old shop so we were up quite high. Access to the flat was through a door in a car park ,then through a small dark tunnel into an old victorian courtyard and up two flights of external stairs. When you were up there there were no neighbours or anyone living close by.
Anyway the video starts of walking slowly around the flat, room to room then comes into my bedroom where im asleep. This is in the daytime, i'd been on nights. There were no curtains so i had a sock across my eyes to keep the light out lol. Video zooms in on my face and stays there a while. whole video is silent. Obviously I'm thinking wtf. Question the boys who swear they know nothing about it. I don't think i believe them.

? Well if it wasn't them, who was it ? I obviously hope it was them and i prefer to think it was rather than the alternative.

That's my point, there are only 2 people who could have done, you think it was them, surely that's an end to it. It took you years to put it on here so it's clearly not really a problem, is it?Johnspex said:

My son is always making videos on my phone, he's 9 and a proper little David Attenborough. Whilst I was in the barbers chair a few weeks ago he snuck out the shop with my phone and recorded a 3 minute video on the local wildlife (2 cats, a pigeon and some ants) I didn't see it for a few days, he denied all knowledge even though its clearly him talking.

In a scenario like this its good to establish the facts. It helps to narrow down what might have happened.
Fact 1: Ghosts don't exist.
Fact 2: Only your two sons had access to the phone.
By that logical thread, it MUST have been one, or both of your two sons. Wether they remember/realise it or not. Unless you are misremembering a dream, as said before, which is a real possibility.

Did you wake up with ectoplasm on your face? It could have been a ghost... More common than you think.
