Hopefully someone can help me out here,
One of my guys is retiring, very well thought of and a die hard Norwich City fan,
He started with us in 2004, I have managed to procure a new old stock special edition 2004 city shirt from when they won division 1 (the last it was division 1 before it became the championship). Also managed to get hold of some period letters / numbers for the back which will be his surname and 17 for his years service with us. It’s going to be placed in double sided frame so he can see the name / numbers on the back and the reference to 2004 winning season on the front.
Now not 100% set on this but I am thinking about a quote of some sort on a little plaque on the bottom of the frame based around 2004 being a golden year for city and his start with us, but I am sh** at coming up with anything that does not also sound sh** or should I just leave it as it’s a sh** idea.
