Water resistant trousers

I'm looking for some 'wear all day' type of water resistant trousers for the urban environment. I.e. not looking like I'm just back from scaling Everest but could pass for 'normal' day to day wear.

Ideally normal looking trousers/jeans/cargo pants but with a DWR to withstand a minor bit of rain. Not looking for waterproof over trousers, got a few of them already.

The only stuff I can find are either mountaineering style or 90's style baggies. I'm not built for slim fit or skinny jeans but there must be something out there that's in the middle.

Any recommendations?

Spoke bulletproofs are good - expensive but smart and reasonably water resistant. I wear them when I need to ride in and it is raining. They are not waterproof but they will withstand ten mins in the rain from London Bridge to Moorgate.

Try waterproofing pants you already own? You can get treatments from decathlon.

I'd recommend Rohan dry requisite.
Really smart and easy to wear and you would never know they were waterproof.
Quite pricey but if you get on their mailing list they come up on sale regularly plus I got another 30 % of with RSPB offer

Look at Stellar equipment, never had such high quality comfortable technical use clothing.

Delivery is incredibly efficient despite coming from Sweden takes a couple of days max with free returns.

Stellar pants are great water resistant & so so stretchy & super comfortable with loads of properly thought out pockets. Reasonably stylish too, use mine for all sorts including golf.
