Faulty Smoke detector - Not going home :(

You couldn't make this stuff up..


so yesterday we got sent home due to no mains water in the building.

Today we've had to evacuate (so far 2 times) the whole office, which is not small, and over 3 floors - due to a faulty smoke detector.

Thanks to guidance we still have to evacuate, every time the sensor fails, but they're not sending us home for that.

several people have suggested that if it goes off a third time we demand to see flames or we're not getting off our chairs.
