What is this item? Sent from eBay seller in error

Good evening all.

My wife recently bought a phone selfie stick on ebay (I know, I know, her Internet access has now been revoked)....

Aaaanyhow, inside the padded envelope was two unlabelled white plastic bags. One contained the selfie stick as ordered, the other one contained these two items, again unlabelled and unmarked in their own cellophane wrappers.

We've searched the eBay sellers shop, nothing similar, searched Google, but none the wiser, an email to the seller resulted in a chinglish "sorry, our depot girl got confused, please dispose of" message...

So, over to the PH hive mind.... WTF are these things?









Best we've come up with so far is a handle for holding a number board at when you're at an auction.

Is it one of those odd ebay things where if they ship the extra 2 items and you rate them as 5* it actually counts as 3 items purchased towards their rating? So they fill a bag with a few cheap extras?

Well.... bugger me... shoe horns?!

Well, I've tried them as shoe horns and they're crap. They don't really work on all shoes.

Theyre too small for my trainers, too big for my wife's shoes, and they don't fit on my formal shoes because they're not curved enough and too wide....
