Ebay seeler being covered if no delivery

I thought i read somewhere that when selling there is a facility that you can select for postage that imdenifies you should it 'not be delivered'

It looked like the reverse of what happens now in (seller takes the hit) that ebay would reimbuse you for the amount you should have got

Was i imagining this IIRC correctly the price ITRO 5.98 sticks in the mind
