Strange dreams

Slightly random but Last night I remember sort of dying but it wasn’t much different to sleeping itself and it was like I was ready to wake up a few times after a very long sleep but nothing happened so eventually let go .it was like a place between life and death but hard to explain .maybe it’s what happens seemed pretty real

Are you saying it felt like you came close to dying in your sleep? Maybe you experience sleep apnoea and there's a loss of oxygen in the blood, leading to a feeling of losing consciousness. Dunno.

Maybe look up sleep hypopnoea as well.
