Cool but not a massive surprise to see something like this. For a start Aunty Liz is out, up at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate, and hasn't been at Buck House for a while, mainly staying at Windsor Castle. More importantly, those military bands are a talented bunch whose day job is music. And anyone who has been to a Beating Retreat or a cocktail party, etc, featuring a military band will know how talented the musicians are, and how adept the bandmasters/conductors are at re-arranging pieces for the musicians available to them. Lovely to hear, and a nice tribute to both Jim Steinman (d. April 2021) and Meat Loaf.
