By the end of the Second world war, it was clear that Battleships as a feared weapon were redundant, with the sinking of the Bismarck, Tirpitz, Yamato etc, vulnerable to attack by a single torpedo, or attack from the air.
Now tanks, which do about one mile a gallon can be fairly easily be taken out by fairly simple shoulder launched weapons, which can be produced in their thousands fairly cheaply, have they had their day?

This has been talked about since the days of Helicopter gunships & the Harrier jump jet.
The Russians losses are due mainly to their frankly strange tactics of not supporting armour with infantry, the two complement each other.
Though those NLAWS are pretty devastating it is true.
Something that every army in the world should have learned from ww2. your infantry protect the tanks while the tanks give the infantry heavy weapons This has been talked about since the days of Helicopter gunships & the Harrier jump jet.
