Beware the Ides of March

It didn't go well for Julius Caesar, but have "The Ides of March" ever been disastrous for anyone else in history?
I'm kind of hoping another little empire grabbing despot will get his just desserts soon.

I used to put Beware The Ides of March on the Outlook company calendar every year when I was working, anonymously. Nobody had a clue what it meant and kept asking who was doing it.

Michael Gove made a bit of a comeback yesterday.
Maybe it was a warm up for the big day.

However it's more likely he's having a massive ching comedown.
