Can you beat this first world problem?

I have a family member who uses cost of living as their excuse to be cheap and ask for things from family members. This person works for the transport authorities and has free public transport access. However, this person is 100% dependent on their car and has not used their entitlement once as far as I can tell - I kid you not. She even complained about the price of petrol. Is this a major first world problem?

Unfortunately, this is not the case. She is very very lazy. She will also complain about people not being nice to her. She's been single for as long as I can tell and is a fervent fur baby mama. GilletteFan said:

Does she create threads to slag off family members on social media, or is she better than that?We've got a family member and his partner who are moaning about cost of living rises, and having to curtail their weekends away.
Won't be a problem for much longer though as they've been told that they'll be losing their Motability car and blue badge at the end of the year...after scamming the system for over 20 years by claiming higher rate disability/attendance allowances for each other on the basis that their medical conditions means they can't walk unaided for more than 10m...yet need the car for their regular walking weekends in Snowdonia and The Lakes.
No they're worried that they'll have to get a job...in their late 50s...when neither has ever worked a day in their lives.

Everyone is slightly different so what one person can put up with is different to another
My mum could drive across the world in a 20 year old fiesta if she had to, but if my dad said a couple of unkind words to her it would destroy her
