dont think the op understands the advert. maybe english is not their first language
on what planet did deodorants ever replace bathing ?
it's just advert guff, the claim that the lasting power and effectiveness
of the deodorant is substantially more than its rivals can't really be scientifically refuted,
so they can say any old tosh

Bathing with soap and water... deodorant washes off.

I've seen 24 hours, and even 48 hours.
But a company has decided - Oh no - Mr Spare Tyre..... your pits may be far too sweaty..... what you really really need is the 72 hour.
So back to you. I'm curious.
Are your bathing habits sufficient for the 24 hours... or perhaps the 48 hours... or the 72 hours.
As per my original post - I'm just struggling to see why anyone needs a 72 hour deodorant.
But every day is a school day......

I’m just saying 72 hour would sound like it’s better stuff than 24 hour if you are one to fall for marketing hype.

yep, the disinfectant that claimed it killed 78% of household germs was never really gonna If you had a choice of 1 hour protection or 72 hour for the same price which would you buy
make any money.
I can put up with some funny looks on the bus when i consider the money I save by not using
my gas boiler to provide hot bath water and not using leccy to launder and spin-dry loads of towels.
In fact we should all refuse to bathe till the government brings gas and electricity prices back to
2020 prices.
