How can I find out who someone is married to?

I have one person's full name and DOB. I know nothing about the other person.

I also know the date and location of where the ceremony took place.

There's nothing on social media etc.

try searching "Big Amy" on Google and you'll find she's often referred to as "Fat Amy" and it says she has recently shed 33 pounds though her target was 165 pounds.

A wedding ceremony is public event by law and by design, after all - open doors, hours of daylight etc.
