Anyone on here work for Royal Mail? i have a question about a delivery i am expecting but tracking states incorrectly addressed, everthing correct just missing my house number. How would i go about collecting from the local delivery hub, am in Newcastle under Lyme, have a tracking number but nothing else.

I doubt you can the postie has likely killed it off as incorrectly addressed and its on it's way back to the sender .

If the tracking states incorrect address then they've already killed it off , it'll then go to the nearest mail center ( probably this afternoon ) where it'll be returned to the sender .

Just to update because its the polite thing to do, went to the local delivery hub this morning and explained my problem, gave them my tracking number and left with my parcel 5 minutes later.
