Saw someone posting up images from a discord thing called Mid Journey that takes your word inputs and creates images from it. Im guessing it helps if you know photoshop or similar packages with all the extra detailing words required

This is a cartoon lemming in a space suit:

a man dominating the stairs, piston, oil

someone else did this:
god designing Cthulhu in space , realistic, cosmos, ultra realistic, dark ,hyper realistic

`a majestic throneroom, at the dawn of time, Glass Paint, Overglaze, Ornament, Time-Lapse, Photojournalism, Wide Angle, Perspective, Double-Exposure, Light, Tones of Black in Background, Ultra-HD, Super-Resolution, Massive Scale, Perfectionism, Soft Lighting, Ray Tracing Global Illumination, Translucidluminescence, Crystalline, Lumen Reflections, in a symbolic and meaningful style, symmetrical

bit of fun whilst you work the day away browsing pistonheads

Funny you should mention midjourney; was playing around with it and asked it to come up with a 21st century interpretation of the 70s Lotus Elite (as you do). It came up with this:

Which clearly isn't reminiscent of a 70s Lotus Elite, but really does remind me of something. Monteverdi Hai maybe? A bit of Dino in the front end? 240Z?
70s British kit cars? And what about the back window?

The funny thing is, I'm sure I've come across this car before but I'm damned if I can think of where. Anyone any ideas?

Maybe a hint of Cheetah, the mental roadster that was built to out-Cobra a Cobra ?

There's a picture of one on another thread here. It's blue, pulling out of a junction in London. Some buses in the background.

Messing around with this today after seeing what the latest iteration of this can do. Still getting to grips with the prompts and how to optimise etc.

Some of the stuff coming out of this program is stunning.

Wish I knew even remotely what I was doing when it comes to this stuff.

They are great pictures, and you could probably use them, but they are taking elements from other artwork so if you were to publish them there might be a copyright issue. I guess there's also the issue of what art is. Is it just something that's "pretty" in your eyes (beauty/beholder)?

Anyway, it feels more like advanced scrapbooking. biggrin

Are we more focused on AI now that general IQ levels appear to be plummeting?
