Suddenly heard from 2 separate places- one linked to the government and one to the palace that the Queen has already passed away.
Seems that MPs are being asked to ensure that they have relevant speeches ready.
Has anyone else heard similar?
If this is the case then I will be incredibly sad- a life of selfless service and hard work, with stoicism and dignity too. It clearly inevitable, but it will feel like a huge change, just when we need a bit of stability.
