Any recommendations for a decent firework "display in a box"? Thought I might actually do some planning this year, instead of raiding the supermarket the day before...

You could leave them in the shop and go to a dedicated firework display.

You could read a forum, without posting on it. But for some that's not what they are after....

My "go to" for this always used to be a firework called Ultimate Finale. About 100 quid, lasted around a minute or so. Not sure if still available, but it was great.

Yes I could do, but that's not what I want to do.

Used Epic Fireworks several times. Great fun for bonfire night.

Works better if travelling past as can get a load of free ones in return for collection (and saving on postage)

Sadly, prices have more than doubled in the last 2 to 3 years, trade.

He could do Madame Karen Coddy, or he could go buy some fireworks and enjoy them.

The UKFR forum linked above is a great resource. They have a list of sponsors and a map on the site, so just call a few that are close to you.

If you want the best single display in a box then buy one of the big Klasek pieces that is 200-300 shots. No faff, just light the behemoth and enjoy.
