It's a fossilised set of twin headlights from a prehistoric alien Tesla.

A heavy (4.5oz) bottle opener that I assumed was steel until I tried (and failed) to hang it off my magnetic knife rack, at which point I took a closer look at it and realised that what I had assumed was a manufacturer's logo wasn't.

Well, I figured out where it came from. Turns out it has a matching cocktail shaker.

Still no idea what the hallmark means, tho.
