Royal Mail Tracking down

Royal Mail Track and Trace has been down for days.
The page is at least loading today, but after identifying many and various sea creatures it does nothing.

iPhone app appears to be working (mostly), but my parcel is still stuck somewhere since 4 November. Vendor has advised they can do nothing for twenty days.

Sorry to have wasted your time, but I feel better now.

Mine just directs me to the app?! But echo the above ‘processed for delivery’ which to be honest doesn’t seem that good given I paid extra for ‘tracked’ as it still shows this message even when delivered.

What I did notice when I went to use it yesterday and it was down was that https://www.17track.net/en was still working even though RMs own tracking was knackered.
