I don't understand how, unless somebody drives like a dick ALL the time and so has their number plate permanently hidden. You would have to be thinking

1. I'm about to drive like a dick.
2. I'll hide my number plate first just in case

I saw a review for them. They reckoned it's legal to fit, but not legal to actually use.

It'll be popular with traffic police ass the laser blinders and will attract similar penalties. When you car is parked it will be easy for a trained eye to spot.

our local carpark records numberplates in and out,90 min max.
often if you go back in same day it "loses" the out and in, so people get fined,

where do I sign?
