I was 3 sheets to the wind two Friday evenings ago, browsing Facebook on the tablet whilst my better half watched a cheap Christmas film on Netflix. I happened across an advert for the Hackett outlet store. Curiosity got the better of me and I clicked on the link, began browsing the bargains. I started to think it might be too good to be true. Then I said to myself, for the sake of £27 i'll roll the dice and see what happens. I placed an order for a nice new hooded winter top, perfect for the school run. £6 was added for delivery, I was frustrated, but not put off so the order was confirmed. £33 all in.

I forgot about it for the first 4-5 days, then I thought i'd better have a look and see what is happening with it. There is an order confirmation number and tracking tool - it states 'not yet shippded'. I finally got round to trying to call them today, only to find out there is no phone number one can call. I sent them a couple of emails, both of which are undeliverable, the email host name does not exist.

Now I am thinking I am not getting my nice new Hackett top. What do you think?

Probably not - on the basis that if someone is trying to trick you into parting with your card details, they certainly aren't going to use a Hackett hoodie as bait!
