After some suggestions on what to get my son for Xmas! Can't get him to suggest anything, he's 25 & doing a phd in mechanical engineering design.
Anyone any sensible ideas?
Thanks

Nothing.

Failing that a nice quality new winter coat - they last forever.

Leatherman multi tool? Be careful, lots of fakes out there so best to buy from a reputable shop.

Money... Don't buy him something he most likely doesn't want anyway

I'd second that. If he's into cars there's some nice models currently available; The Bugatti Chiron, Lamborghini Sian and Ferrari SP3.

Otherwise there's some other great stuff. The D11 Cat and loads of cool retired sets too.
Not cheap though.

A fountain pen + ink though both can become addictive.

(35-40 pens here, eight different colour inks).
