Anyone know if this picture is available?

Saw this in a shop in stamford and really liked it. Its about 3ft wide and i'd have bought it off I could stomach paying £250 for a print in a very cheap black frame.
Just wandering if the print itself is available anywhere without the mark up from the shop?
