Need some advice about my beard
Discussion
Ok, I'm laughing whilst I write this because it's such a stupid question but when in doubt PH is always the place to turn!
I have recently decided to grow a beard. I bought a Panasonic beard trimmer that goes from 0.5 to 10mm. I started at about 6mm and each time I shaved I went up 0.5mm so that I had an even look to the beard whilst it grew.
I'm now about to go beyond on the 10mm length and not sure what to do next. As I said, I want an even look to the beard and like most people some parts of the beard grow faster than others...so what I need is a trimmer that goes way beyond 10mm
The ones I have found after researching seem to say 0-10mm for beard and they also do 10mm to 20+ with attachments but they say that's for hair.
Any of you bearded wonders out there able to point me in the right direction of what I need please?
This is the one I have....

You need to let it do its thing.
Keep it oiled, keep it clean and it’ll look neater while you go through the early stages.
Then in a couple of months - you’ll be a real man.
I use stuff from here:

Much better than any of the stuff you’ll find in shops.

Mine is normally between four and six inches long depending how crap my hand/eye coordination is when I do it. Long as the sides are neat, it normally looks OK.
I'd leave it to just grown for a month or so first though.

I think number 8 is the longest standard comb/guide length which is 25mm…

I'd recommend letting it grow for a month or so. Unless you do just want a very short beard. It won't be neat for a while but that's the way it is.
When you've got something to work with, get to a barbers for a shaping and trim.
If you keep trimming it at such an early stage it'll at best take a very long time to grow out!
