Anyone able to make this PDF editable?

After a long argument with Qantas they have agreed to compensate me for a cancelled flight. They have sent me this link to complete the form but I am unable to edit it. I have no printer until back at work so cannot print it off and complete that way. Is anybody able to send me an editable version?

Buy a cheap printer from pcworld.

I imagine quantas make it harder to claim where possible (based on my experience with Virgin). I thought the editable bit was the version of adobe you own but may be wrong.
