Grumble literature storage

OK, who had their stashes of one handed literature found.........and what was the findees response?
1980s. Used to as a young teen be involved in the school black market of One Handed Literature. In between the bed mattress and bed base was for amateurs. I had made a slit in the bed base to slot the Scud Books in. Only the first three I found I could retrieve as they fell in too far. Forgot about them. Never knew if they were found.
Next idea was as parents had tried to make the house a bit warmer with that double metal heat reflective film behind radiators so slinging the girlie mags down between the layers worked until you remember I was a teen, full of spunk (well actually as a teen pretty empty most days) but of course some had got on the photographic literature and it started to smell.
I had a proud collection of over 400 Beano Comics and 225 Dandy Comics (really no euphemism here) and they became my hiding place whilst at home. Unfortunately towards the end of my teens I was abroad serving her Maj and my parent decided on a sudden house move. All my LPs and comic collection were lost. No one ever admitted why or what they had found.
After that when in my last couple of year living with my parents (having found some quite extremely interesting visual material from some Northern Europe countries) the wheel well of my fathers car worked well as a good storage place. Until his Morris Ital was written off in a side on crash and the "vehicle contents" returned to him.
I had a friend in the early pre internet 1990s whom was living in lodgings all over the UK for a branch of the Civil Service. He basically sent his entire collection of porn by the internal mail from place to place. It was only years later after he told me about this did it strike me to ask, where and when are you taking visual and physical enjoyment from this material.........
