Morning suits in London

To all you style gurus I have two questions:

Who makes the best quality/fitting off-the-peg morning suit? I’m looking at, in no particular order, Ede & Ravenscroft, Favourbrook, Huntsman ready-to-wear. Anyone else I should check out?

The second question is who would you recommend I send my best man etc to for a hire morning suit where they will be kitted out properly with trousers, sleeves etc at correct length, no gap between trouser and waistcoat etc. etc.

Cad & the Dandy, Savile Row, used to have a hire shop.
Not sure if they still do or what it is/was called, but they have made several items for me as well as altering others and not disappointed.
They also have a RTW shop down the road from their main tailoring shop.
Worth asking them as an option.

Thank you, I’ll contact them to see what they can do in terms of hire. I hadn’t realised they did RTW as well as bespoke/MTM.
