Facebook scam please HELP

I always check my bank balance at least twice a week. 3 days ago, there were 7 withdrawls from paypal with payments ranging from £3 to £14. A quick search on paypal found they were taken by facebook marketplace. I have a few ads there but free ones, not " boosted" which costs per click. After some digging, I clicked on my facebook profile and there was another profile listed there and it was called 2022 kia sportage and guess what, they were "selling" a 2022 kia sportage FV22 EWN for £5500. Somehow, facebook allowed this profile to be set up with my info somehow and then piggy backed or whatever onto my paypal within my facebook profile.

Thats the easy part.

Ever tried to get hold of anyone within facebook....an actual person , anything. I managed to find a complaint form within its complex maze of dissinformation. All they have done is put a hold on the "ad" and thats it. i have screen shots of the paypal draws, the car, the ad, everythng but from facebook....nothing.

This is an open request from help from you lot out there.....

I have seen this car today "for sale" but it dissapeared between then and now....A quick look at Kia sportages just now and even on the first page are 3 ads, the same car, from all over the place. To say facebook is a nightmare is an understatement.

Facebook don't have my details, but Paypal have always been very good at refunding if you raise a case.

I claimed through my credit card for a FB ad where the goods never arrived.
