Has anyone ever bought shoes that were made to measure.

My feet are different sizes. One is half a size bigger and since no where seems to sell half sizes anymore, the small foot ends up with a shoe a whole size bigger.

Plus I also seem to have feet that are narrower than the average and my second toe is longer than my big toe.

I noticed that there are some places doing made to measure shoes, but no quoted prices.

Has anyone used a made to measure service? What is the cost any any recommendations?

Savagely expensive. You could; I wouldn't.

Suggest buying a "shoe stretcher" on Amazon with the associated "spray". Buy shoes to fit your smaller foot and stretch the other one.

There are cheaper ones in Poland, Romania and the like but they are still likely to be £1000 or so.

May not be what you're after but Solemates try and match mirror odd foot twins so they can coordinate buying two pairs and have a pair each to fit their mismatch.

Half a size is quite common, finding a good podiatrist might be helpful as they can find custom insoles to help your fit and balance with a regular shoe size.
