1980/90s gadget magazine/mail order what am I thinking of?

Can anyone help. Been driving me mad for ages. The answer isn't special reserve by the way, I thought it was but then a Google reminded me that was an excellent computer retailer from a similar time.

When I was a boy circa late 80s early 90s my dad used to get every couple of months or so a magazine through the post (stop it) which was full of complete tat of a gadgety nature. From the desk games every executive needed, like desktop pool, clacking balls etc. To golf practice sets, right up to spy gadgets like recording pens. There were personal organisers, and although I may be misremembering this because I know they went on to do something similar a cotton traders style rugby shirts section, but I'm much less sure on that.

It wasn't Argos, tandy/radio shack or gadget shop, I don't think this is relevant but quantum rings a bell.

Does anyone else remember this mail order emporium of tat to be perused while on the loo?

I think it came in the Sunday times I think. I always looked for it when my parents got the paper.

Innovations catalogue, think my mom might still have the black pyramid air ioniser thingy in a cupboard somewhere.

Like that but taller.

I always wanted a newton's cradle and a plasma ball, but clearly the parents spotted it was all cheap tat and refused to get either for christmas.
