`Every-Wish` gift card - scam??

Hoping someone might advise on this.
My wife has been given one of these by an elderly relative.
It has a `value` of £25.
Repeated attempts to redeem it with the code numbers have failed.
A quick look on Trustpilot reveals several reviews which make the 'organisation' look dodgy.
Has anyone on here successfully used them?
I'm tempted to just shrug it off but none the less it's annoying!
