What work shirts (smart/business casual)?

For those of us who occasionally go into an office and like to look smart, what shirts do you buy?
I have a mixture of Ralph Lauren Oxford shirts and Harvie & Hudson. Although I’m thinking both are getting too expensive and not great value. I don’t like cheap looking clothes and prefer to pay a bit more for decent quality, but got a bit stuck in my ways and lost track of what’s out there. People seem to be wearing more Crew Clothing for example. I normally wear a decent shirt with jacket and smart jeans or trousers. Haven’t worn a tie in years. TIA.

Charles Tyrwitt were my go to for work shirts before o retired… lots of size, cut, sleeves length options, so easy to find something that fits properly and loads of choice for cloth, colour & collar.
They were 4 for £100, so mega value… just had a look at their web site and looks like they’ve virtually doubled in price

My experience of CT "Non Iron" is that they do need pressing, it just takes less effort. I also don't think their recent shirts live up to their reputation. Chris Stott said:

Tyrwhitt are fine and reasonable value when bought as a bundle. Good variety of styles/fabrics etc.
Sizing can be a bit sketchy though. I bought x4 shirts, all the same size/fit but on trying on, notable differences that meant I had to send a couple back.
I used to also buy from Thomas Pink and they were nice quality, but I think they rebranded (or got bought out) a few year back so can't comment on the quality now.
Crew I've only used for more casual shirts (think button down collar oxford) and they are also fine. Often found on discount in places like TK Maxx.

Thread resurrection. Need to get a handful of new work shirts and trousers. Have very much been a CT non-iron man in the past and have been pleased with the price, fit and durability though I agree with a poster above that they aren't really truly non-iron.
Prices have gone up about 50% and I've read a few mutterings about quality not being as good. Has anyone bought anything from them recently and have a comment on that?
