Help! - Any idea of the year and location of this photo?

I'm scanning the old family photos again and trying to organise them in some meaningful way. The lady on the left of the trike would have been my step-grandmother who died on VE day long before I was born.
Born 1900 she married my grandfather 1934 so the photo has to be between 1930s and 1940s.
And what were the trikes called?

Looks a bit Dutch to me. On the left you can see part of the word Museum so not France, but can't see enough of the museum name.. The big museum sign doesn't give it away. There is a sign in the background that I can't decipher.
Could be the UK of course.
To the left of the steps as we're looking at it, you can see the tail end of the word "Museum" so would suggest UK. Flags on the building are of various countries so no help there. Could be the UK of course.

Museum translated to dutch, is Museum.I would think that this is the Netherlands as when you reverse image search, the majority of images that come up are of the Netherlands with similar architecture.

You're right. I've opened a new screen to easier flick between images now and the differences are easily spotted. Also, the building has steps leading to the ground floor at the front.
Think you're correct about a hotel in Holland though. The vehicle seems to be unusual, even of the time so wonder if it was a temporary exhibition showcasing the transport or something

I did go through a list of dutch museums searching "eeb" previously but nothing came up.
And on another note, what an amazing building! Premier Inn/ Travel Lodge hang your heads in shame.
ETA location is actually Belgium, not Netherlands as first thought.
