Two things strike me about this......firstly the story is useless without pictures ( not her face I mean ), second......he didn't notice? She said she spent the money on a hysterectomy, but had a boob job.....and er he missed that fact? Personally if my missus had her fun bags upsized I'd be spending most evenings giving them a thorough road trial, I certainly wouldn't miss it.

I'm confused more by the relationship between the criminal and their victim. Was it their mother, their partner or some kind of weird P**nhub thing and both?

I’m guessing she said she needed the non cancer riddled boobs chopped off and replaced with firm whoppers
