International Mail Forwarding

Has anyone had any experience of international mail forwarding companies? I’ve seen some that will take delivery and then send on to me, but there are lots of them.
MyUS.com or forward2me look like they can offer what I need.
It’s a car part that they modify and work on an exchange basis. They only want to ship to US addresses, due to issues with not receiving the exchange part in the past.
Any help greatly appreciated!
