Bit of an odd one, I’m having a complete memory block

We used to play a story CD album in the car to our children, probably 2010’ish, that was very trippy about elves and something about a purple bubble machine, really catchy ‘folk’ type music

Does that ring any bells, or have I just finally lost my marbles!
